Sorting section
The sorting conveyor moves items into trays or bins efficiently and gently. Speed is up to 220 pieces/min. The type of sorting conveyor is selected together with the customer to match the need.
Reliable and robust vertical bins gently move the pieces towards the next line. The bins are equipped with customer specified actuators.
When there is limited number of qualities and need for very gentle handling of the pieces, we offer a horizontal tray sorting solution. Film, hybrid or buffer tray options are available.
