Jartek Stick Sorter

The stick sorter can be installed on various places at the process as long as sticks do not overlap to allow scanning by machine vision. The stick sorter scans the dimensions and shape of each stick and grades the stick according to easily adjustable quality criteria.

If the stick does not meet the criteria, it is automatically removed from the conveyor, for example to a discharge belt or to a trash bin. This eliminates the unwanted disruption to the process caused by bad or broken sticks and, ideally, frees up labor for more productive work. System can be installed with separate mechanical solutions before and after.
