Sorting operating system

The company's self-made sorting plant operating system is called Jartek Optimizer. True to its name, it optimises your process and automatically adjusts the line as needed.

The sorting software is an important part of the operating system. The sorting software collects the necessary data from various measuring instruments and production control systems and sorts the pieces efficiently according to this information. The operating system runs in a Beckhoff environment, but can be implemented in an embedded Beckhoff system or integrated with e.g. a Siemens PLC.
